Our service is FREE OF CHARGE for the initial hour telephone or one to one consultation.

We have listed where possible set fees for particular services, otherwise, service fees may vary as they are dependant on many factors.
​
Some cases are dealt with entirely FREE OF CHARGE due to their nature, however in order to continue to provide this invaluable service, a minimum initial fee is payable for qualifying cases.
​
Quotes are based on the complexity of each individual query and are worked out to include third party costs, outlay, time and expenses and any additional costs incurred in the course of providing the service.
​
In all cases, charges are discussed up front with you, agreed and contracts signed, before any commitment is made by either party to commence work.
​
Full terms and conditions, including payment options, if available, are included in the contract.

Due to the volume of work and the urgency of the needs of our clients, an initial non-refundable minimum fee is required for all new qualifying cases. No exceptions are permitted on this, as it helps us avoid time wasters. We hope you will understand our position on this matter.
