Where the Passion Began
I would like to explain the concept of Introducer Advocates by sharing my own story. I grew up with a single mother who was illiterate; however my mother was one of the smartest (and still is), most intelligent people I know.
Almost as soon as I knew how to read and write, I was the one translating, writing, and speaking to people on her behalf. How does a little girl deal with solicitors, banks, insurance companies, financial advisors, doctors, teachers, and so on? As young as I was, I had to liaise with professionals and individuals on behalf of my mother. I became her advocate helper.
When I left university, I worked and gained experience in Insurance, Finance Financial, Local Government, Housing and Real Estate, plus the usual hand-to-mouth jobs you do in between, including supermarkets, restaurants and many others to fund my education.
"We cannot stop the problems from coming, but help is available for when they come."
I learned some important things about our needs in life, and one of them is that, no matter who you are, how clever, intelligent or self assured you are, there will at some point be a need, vulnerability, helplessness in one area or the other, that you will need help with. Most of the time our nearest and dearest cannot help and that is when you need An Introducer Advocate to help you. We assist you by providing relevant, professional, qualified help.
We will advocate on your behalf. We stay with you every step of the way. We ask the questions you might not have thought of, and get you answers and possible alternative solutions. We don’t just introduce you; we also advocate on your behalf.
These are some of the professional and qualified help our previous clients have enjoyed by using our services:
FSA qualified financial advisors; assistance with financial planning; first-time buyers; mortgages; asset management; life assurance; estate agents; surveyors; auctioneers; legal solicitors; conveyancing requirements; court orders; landlord and tenant issues; repossessions; personal injury claims; PPI; translation services of letters received and more...
Over the years, we have worked and assisted people from all walks of life facing situations they found difficult, scary, painful, personal, embarrassing and in which they just needed a private and confidential helping hand.
There are a number of reasons why people use our services, so why not try us. We are so good at what we do, 90% of our clients come through satisfied client referrals.
As a Christian, my faith has taught me compassion, and as a result you should know that you are in safe hands ,as we genuinely care about our clients. We find it a great honour, a unique privilege, and an opportunity to help people in the way we do. It is a joy and a blessing to do what we do.
We have successfully linked many people to their professional helpers, and have been advocating on their behalf through difficult circumstances.
INTRODUCER/ADVOCATE- I remember when the government announced the deadline for the reduction of the discount for Right To Buy scheme from £38,000 to £16,000 - I went to one of the local housing offices, gathered a lot of Right To Buy forms and physically travelled door to door all over London and outside London to those I knew, helping the eligible fill in their forms, get their mortgages and buy their own homes.
Most people like my mother were legally entitled, qualified and had the salary to cover the remaining mortgage needed, however they simply did not have the knowledge or experience to deal with the daunting, misinformed world of buying their own home. I made it simple, accessible and my personal goal was to help the helpless. They are all proud homeowners now!
I have been helping people deal with issues from all walks of life ever since. I believe the ordinary person sometimes needs a helping hand. They can, with the right help and guidance, (which we provide) resolve their issues and concerns or meet their needs successfully, and have a clear sense of accomplishment.
"We cannot stop the problems from coming, but help is available for when they come."
So the question now is “How can we help you”?
We look forward to helping you.
